Recently, energy and protein bar company Clif Bar & Co. reached a $12 million settlement following a powerful class action lawsuit that accused the company of deceptively promoting nutritional benefits in its Clif Bars and Clif Kid ZBars products.
Customers claimed that the bars were not as healthy as advertised. - $10 for 31 to 60 bars
- $15 for more than 60 bars
Those with proof of purchase can receive $15 for the first 60 bars and an extra $0.25 for each additional bar, up to a maximum of $50.

Deadline to File a Claim in the Clif Bar Lawsuit
The deadline to submit a claim, either online or by mail, is November 25, 2024. If the claim is submitted by mail, it must be postmarked no later than that date.
In addition to the financial agreement, Clif has committed to modifying the packaging of its products for at least two years, as long as the added sugar content in each bar represents 10% or more of the calories.
