Who Is Eligible to Join the Settlement?
According to the terms of the agreement, all those members of the group will be able to receive a base payment according to their age and years of residence.

- Adults could receive $6,000 for more than three years of residency.
- Adults could receive $4,000 for two or three years of residency.
- Adults could receive $2,000 for less than two years of residency.

Group members and their children who were affected by more serious injuries or property damage may also receive enhanced payments.
Approximately $4 million was set aside specifically for these enhanced payments, although the amounts of the payments will fluctuate depending on the damages suffered by each claimant.
- The final approval hearing for the settlement is scheduled for July 2, 2024.
- The deadline for submitting the claim form N°1 for base payments was June 10, 2024.
